As a result of this agreement, the Gurobi Optimizer has been integrated into the SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) and Advanced Planning and Optimization (SAP APO) solutions to solve complex optimization problems. In addition, the Gurobi Optimizer enabled a seamless integration into the SAP HANA in-memory-platform.

SAP represents yet another leading software provider that has chosen Gurobi as an OEM partner. Among SAP’s primary criteria for selecting Gurobi were the ability to integrate Gurobi with the SAP HANA platform, the future Gurobi product roadmap, and excellent, one-on-one support from product experts. In response to this new partnership, Gurobi has extended its solver to fully support all the functions of the SAP HANA platform.
