GRBCallback.getSolution()
Retrieve values from the current solution vector. Only available when
the where member variable is equal to GRB.CB_MIPSOL.

v: The variable whose value is desired.
Return value:
The value of the specified variable in the current solution vector.

Arguments:
xvars: The list of variables whose values are desired.

The values of the specified variables in the current solution.
